We collect only essential data required to provide and maintain our ERP services:

• Account & Business Information: Company name, registered address, GSTIN, authorized contact person name, email address, and mobile number.
• Plant & Operational Data: Customer masters, paper mill slip scans, box dimensions, rate cards, inventory logs, and dispatch records entered by authorized staff.
• Device & Application Diagnostics: Device type, OS version, app version, IP address, and system crash logs to ensure app performance and platform security.
• Camera & Photo Access (Mobile App): Used strictly for scanning paper mill delivery slips/challans via OCR scanner and attaching dispatch bill photos. We do NOT access your personal photo gallery.

2. Zero Third-Party Data Selling & Confidentiality

We NEVER sell, rent, lease, or monetize your factory production records, customer pricing, paper mill purchase rates, or ledger data to any third party, advertiser, or competitor. Your data is isolated inside your dedicated tenant partition.

3. Data Security & Encryption Standards

• Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between mobile devices, desktop clients, and cloud servers is protected using TLS 1.3 banking-grade encryption.
• Encryption at Rest: Automated cloud database backups and stored files use AES-256 bit encryption.
• Access Control: Role-based permissions ensure that sales staff, storekeepers, and machine operators only access authorized operational screens.
