Terms of Service — BoxZ (Packaging Manager)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of BoxZ Packaging ERP software, mobile applications, and web services provided to corrugated box manufacturers and packaging converters. By creating an account or accessing the platform, your organization agrees to these Terms.

1. Software Subscription License

BoxZ grants your registered entity a non-exclusive, non-transferable subscription license to access the ERP platform via web subdomains (e.g. brand.boxz.in), mobile applications, and Windows desktop software during your active subscription period.

2. 100% Customer Data Ownership

All proprietary operational records — including customer rate cards, box costing formulas, paper reel stock registers, punching die shelf locations, and financial ledgers — belong exclusively to your manufacturing organization. BoxZ claims zero ownership over your business data.

3. User Credentials & Account Security

Factory administrators are responsible for managing internal user logins, role permissions, and machine operator 4-digit PIN codes. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your tenant subdomain.

4. Automated Cloud Backups & Export Facilities

We perform automated encrypted daily cloud backups. Subscribers retain the right to download their master data, ledger accounts, and inventory logs in Excel and PDF formats at any time.

5. Statutory Compliance Disclaimer

BoxZ provides tools for GST HSN tagging, E-Way bill generation, and GSTR-1 export files. Final statutory tax filings, e-invoice verification, and compliance remain the sole legal responsibility of the registered enterprise.
